Measurable impact: I led the design and maturity of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) focused on SAP, consolidating key policies, controls and processes. Measurable impact: I implemented a financial efficiency strategy based mainly on internal consulting, enabling the renegotiation of key contracts, service optimization, platform consolidation and software licensing optimization. Through this approach, we generated 40+ million MXN in accumulated savings in a single year, while ensuring operational continuity, maintaining service levels and reinforcing disciplined IT budget management.

Achievement: Full migration from on-premise infrastructure to TRIARA datacenter.
Impact: Availability of critical business services, improved technology resilience and cost reductions.
Measurable impact: I led the end-to-end migration of servers, applications and critical services to TRIARA Datacenter, building an architecture with high availability, power and network redundancy and a robust business continuity scheme. This migration eliminated risks associated with the former on-premise environment, improved the operational stability of SAP ERP, agricultural systems and administrative processes, and delivered 99.9% uptime for essential services. It reduced recovery times, strengthened physical and logical security and consolidated an infrastructure ready for growth, digitalization and automation.Year: 2025

Measurable impact: I designed and deployed an ecosystem of strategic Power BI dashboards that integrate information from sales, finance, production, logistics, plant operations and key KPIs in the agricultural area (field, irrigation, hectares progress, yields and cost per crop). This platform unified corporate information into a single access point, providing senior management and operational leaders with real-time visibility, reducing manual reporting, strengthening executive decision-making and enabling a more predictive, efficient and transparent operation.Year: 2021–2025

Measurable impact: I implemented and consolidated an integrated SLA management and monitoring system, enabling real-time tracking of incidents, response times, compliance by category and IT team performance. This model achieved a 99.9% annual SLA compliance rate over multiple years, strengthening operational reliability, reducing resolution times and building a culture focused on data-driven service management. Measurable impact: I led the response and closure of external audits conducted by Deloitte, implementing a findings management model that allowed us to address all observations on time and without operational impact. We strengthened technology controls, formalized key processes and built a solid relationship with external auditors, increasing internal control maturity and ensuring alignment with international compliance practices. The result: zero critical findings and an audited environment recognized for order, traceability and operational discipline.
