I am an IT, cybersecurity and SAP leader with over two decades driving digital transformation, risk management and continuous improvement in Mexican agribusiness, with project scope across Mexico, the United States, Chile and the United Kingdom.
My approach combines strategy, operations and service: I translate business needs into sustainable, secure and scalable solutions. I believe security culture, team development and clear communication are the pillars that make technology deliver real value.
My work spans infrastructure, networks, data center and cloud, through ERP, data analytics, business continuity, and both security and IT service management certifications.

- Lead the group's IT strategy, cybersecurity and infrastructure, with accountability for operational continuity, technology governance and strategic support to the executive board.
- Led the enterprise-wide SAP ERP implementation, unifying operations, finance, logistics and administration, on time and on budget (2013).
- Built and matured the area's certified management systems: an ISMS under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 focused on SAP (2024–2025) and an IT service management system under ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, with SLA compliance above 99 % (2026).
- Designed and executed the cost optimization program: internal consulting, contract renegotiation, platform consolidation and licensing. Delivers over MXN 40 million in annual savings without affecting critical operations (2020–2025).
- Directed the full migration to TRIARA Data Center with electrical and communications redundancy, sustaining 99.9 % uptime on essential services (2025).
- Implemented the executive Power BI dashboard ecosystem integrating sales, finance, production, logistics and agricultural KPIs in real time for the executive committee (2021–2025).
- Sustained closure of Deloitte external audits with no critical findings, plus an in-house real-time SLA measurement platform, recognized among Mexico's 50 most innovative IT companies.
